Practical support candidates can feel.
Feedback reflects the type of guidance candidates value most: clear next steps, cleaner documents, and more confidence before job placement.
The first consultation made the process much clearer. I understood which documents I needed for IQA and what to prepare before moving further.
My CV and documents were not ready for New Zealand employers. The checklist and review helped me correct the details before applying.
The interview practice was practical and honest. I felt more prepared because I knew what questions to expect and how to explain my experience.
Candidate names are abbreviated for privacy. Results depend on each candidate's documents, experience, and eligibility.
Preparation first. Placement when you're ready.
Care Connect Pathway focuses on preparation and readiness. We are not a recruitment agency. Job placement is handled separately through our sister brand, Care Recruitment, once candidates are job-ready.
That separation means our only job is getting you ready: your documents correct, your registration on track, and your expectations realistic.
Background and experience
Care Connect Pathway is led by Jalal Hafeedh, Founder and Director, with more than three decades of experience across public and private healthcare services.
Jalal began his healthcare career in 1978 with the Department of Health and Medical Services of the Government of Dubai, UAE. He joined as an Administrative Officer and, over seventeen years of service, progressed to Senior Manpower and Development Officer, managing manpower requirements for hospitals under the department.
He then spent twenty-two years in Dubai's private health sector as Director of a general hospital and a specialised hospital, working across both strategic and operational levels.
This experience motivated Jalal to establish Care Recruitment, supporting both clients and candidates to their mutual advantage and helping address healthcare recruitment challenges in New Zealand.
